At Waterlily, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive. We offer returns or replacements under the following conditions:
Conditions for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
A wrong product has been delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product was damaged during delivery
Please initiate your return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@waterlilystore.in with:
A minimum of two images: one showing the damaged part and one showing the complete product
Our Quality Assurance team will review the images to assess eligibility. If approved, we will provide you with return pickup instructions and schedule a pickup.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The product is defective
The product is damaged
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Replacements
If your return is approved and the returned product is received at our facility, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available or the originally ordered product is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note: It may take up to 24–72 working hours for the refund to credited in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours and before dispatch will be refunded in the form of a gift card of equal value.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
