Order Processing & Dispatch
We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically delivered within 6–7 business days. In rare cases, order processing may take up to 5 business days depending on product availability or sourcing.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive email and SMS notifications with your order confirmation, dispatch date, and tracking information. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and check your inbox regularly.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

While we strive to ship all items in a single shipment, in certain cases due to product availability or packaging requirements, your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Delivery Address & Charges
Orders can be shipped to a single address per transaction. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Free shipping is available on selected products, as indicated on their respective product pages.

All deliveries will include a tax invoice as per Indian tax regulations, including on gift items.

Damaged Packages or Issues on Delivery
If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Instead:

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched.
